When I first decided to import, I was highly skeptical of whom to take my business to. I came across TokyoCarZ and began to ask questions regarding process and procedures. They answered every question I threw at them promptly and to great satisfaction well before I ever started the bid process. When we got started they sent me pictures videos and even live video chats to show me all the details of the cars I wanted to purchase. The lengths this company went through to build trust should be an example to other industries! All documentation was sent to me promptly. They even stayed in contact well after my shipment left the port of Japan. I can honestly say that the customer care I received was truly next level. After two months, I have just taken delivery of both cars I purchased and I couldn't be happier. The documentation was tight and in order, the shipment was placed in the container with care and it definitely showed. Importing is not for the faint of heart but if you plan on it, I wouldn't trust anyone else but this team! I definitely plan on doing more transactions with TokyoCarZ in the future!

In 2019 we bought the first car and it came after two and a half month as planned.
Now we are waiting for the fifth and sixth delivery of cars and motorcycles, in total we have bought 12 cars and were not dissatisfied with any of them. Full support with good pictures and documentation on the cars before the auctions have started.
After we won the auction, TokyoCarz has directly arranged good logistics with shipping both with RoRo and container directly to us in Sweden.

It arrived exactly as described. Easy payments (done that via TransferWise but other options there too). TokyoCarz communicate effectively (via email or WhatsUp), never had to wait more than 24hrs to hear back. They help me with numerous ad hoc requests throughout the entire process. One thing that I want to point out is the fact that it took a long time for delivery (which is not TokyoCars fault as there is a huge shortage with the boats). However, they informed that that my car was already on the boat which turned out not to be the case (it was loaded a month later). They did not want "to cause an additional stress" as the reason for not telling me (I have found out that it is typical of their culture to have a difficulty communicating tough messages). Other than that everything was as expected. I am really happy with TokyoCarz and would definitely recommend them to people looking to import cars from Japan. In fact, I will be getting more cars with their help soon.
