Return Policy

At TokyoCarZ, we serve as an intermediary between our customers and sellers of vehicles and related products. As we are not the owners of the products sold through our platform, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges directly. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. Sales are Final

● Vehicles and Parts : All sales of vehicles and parts are final. TokyoCarZ does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
● Accessories and Other Products : For accessories and non-vehicular products sold through our platform, all sales are final. Any return or exchange request must be directed to the original seller according to their specific policies.

2. Seller’s Return Policy

● Third-Party Sellers : Since TokyoCarZ acts as an agent, any return, exchange, or refund is subject to the return policy of the individual seller. We strongly recommend reviewing the seller’s return policy before making a purchase.
● Contacting the Seller : : If you believe there is an issue with the product you have received, you may contact the seller directly using the contact information provided in your purchase confirmation or on the seller's page.

3. TokyoCarZ’s Role

● Intermediary Services : TokyoCarZ facilitates the transaction between the buyer and the seller but does not have control over the seller’s return, exchange, or refund policies.
● Support : While we cannot process returns, TokyoCarZ is committed to assisting our customers in communicating with sellers regarding any concerns. If you need assistance in contacting the seller, please reach out to our customer support team.

4. Exceptions

● Errors or Misrepresentation : : If a vehicle or product is significantly different from what was described, TokyoCarZ will assist in resolving the issue with the seller to the best of our ability. However, ultimate responsibility for returns and refunds lies with the seller.
