Under ¥300,000: Older generations, higher mileage — ideal for entry buyers.
Under ¥500,000: Mid-generation models — excellent daily or executive crossovers.
Under ¥1,000,000: Late-generation units with grade 4.0+ options.
Over ¥1,000,000: Low-km, high-spec, or hybrid/PHEV models (XU80+).

Popular Destinations & Compliance

Kenya / East Africa: Observe current age and inspection rules (JEVIC/QISJ). We handle bookings and export paperwork for Mombasa or Dar es Salaam.
Uganda: Imports via Mombasa with inland clearance to Kampala. We coordinate port release and documents.
UK: Imports use the IVA/MOT route. Hybrids are common — we supply translation packs and customs documents.
Australia: ADR pathway and quarantine cleaning required. We assist with compliance approvals and port logistics.
UAE: Fewer import restrictions; strong demand for high-spec units.
USA: Vehicles ≥25 years old can be imported under HS-7 Box 1. Newer VINs require compliance — we’ll assess your target year before you bid.

Suspension & Tires: Inspect for uneven wear, bushing fatigue, or shock absorber leakage in photos.
Auction Sheet Decoding: Know symbols like A1 (scratch), U1 (small dent), W2 (paint wave), and XX (panel replaced).
